You can purchase your first month through our shop, future membership fees are charged through your TumbleSpot account. TumbleSpot members participate in a regular weekly class, the same day and time each week, and unlimited access to open gyms for all family members 1-5 years old. You are guaranteed four classes for the monthly membership fee of $145, billed on the 1st of each month through your TumbleSpot account. Make-up classes are available for missed classes, please see more details below. Once signed up, your membership stays active until you Email us to let us know you need to stop; sign back up at any time!

WHAT TO WEAR 

  • Students should wear clothing that is comfortable to move in and also close fitting to limit tripping hazards. Dresses, long skirts, and super-baggy pants are strongly discouraged. Sweatpants, leggings, tee-shirts, leotards and unitards are best. Shoes are not allowed in the gym area, socks or bare feet are welcome.

  • Long hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire class. Students should not wear hard headbands, large hair ornaments, or hats with brims or visors that may cause discomfort or distraction during the class.

  • Jewelry is strongly discouraged, it is a safety hazard to the students and staff, and is likely to be ruined during the course of the class. Students wearing jewelry to class must leave it their cubby with their shoes.

  • Personal items should be left in cubbies with the student's shoes. This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.

 

MAKEUP CLASSES

If you miss a class for illness, travel, or for months that doesn’t have four weeks for your class time, you can complete a makeup class. Makeup classes must be completed either in advance or within 30 days of the missed class and can be scheduled in any age appropriate class. For instance, a 3 year old can come to SuperNovas or TumbleStars I, and a 5 year old can come to TumbleStars I or II. Please email us at hello@gotumblespot.com to let us know you are coming! If you are going to miss 3 or more classes in a month please reach out to make an arrangement with us. 

 

STOPPING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

If you need to stop your membership for any reason you must submit your cancellation via written notice. Sending an email is best, but handwritten notification is also acceptable. Once your written request for membership cancellation is submitted, your membership will end at the end of the same month; you will not be charged on the 1st of the new month. TumbleSpot does not offer refunds for partial months. TumbleSpot cannot “pause” or hold your spot in class between membership periods.

 

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds as outlined in the signed enrollment agreement which can be found under the “More” section of your TumbleSpot account. Our policies are in place to maintain consistency for all families and to treat every client equally, regardless of the situation.
