Open Gym is a time to explore, play, and tumble at your own pace. Our clean, boutique-style facility is filled with age-appropriate gymnastics equipment and creative obstacle courses that change weekly.

A staff member will be onsite to offer suggestions and occasionally lead fun activities like freeze dance or parachute play. It's low-pressure, high-fun, and always a great way to burn energy and bond.

What To Wear
For safety and comfort, students should wear:

Close-fitting, move-friendly clothes like leotards, unitards, leggings, or fitted tees

Bare feet or grip socks (no shoes in the gym)

Hair pulled back and secure (no hard headbands, hats, or dangly clips)

No jewelry—please leave it in the cubby to avoid injury or loss
